1.The laser transition via Tm+{3+}→Tb+{3+} energy transfers are analyzed by use of Dexter theory, and the advantage of Tm+{3+} and Tb+{3+} ions co|doped YVO-4 Crystals are discussed.
2.The experimental setup was given,in which,the laser was tuned 5MHz below the chromium transition by an AOM,the laser was generated by a frequency-doubled single-mode Ti:Sapphire laser.
3.Using pump- and- probe methods of laser spectroscopy, we observed several fluorescence and excitation bands with rotational structure of radiative transition between the A2∏ and X2∑+ states of the CdH molecule.

5.Recent efforts in developing new chemical laser have focused on the short wavelength chemical laser system, e. g. from the early DF (l= 3. 8 μm) and HF (λ = 2. 7 μm) to late O2(1△)-I (λ = 1. 3 1 5 μm) and HF overtone transition laser ( ̄ 1. 35 μm).
6.A new form of two-wave SRS is discovered using two nanosecond-pulsed laser beams of different frequencies to irradiate calcite and benzene when the frequency-difference of the incident beams is in resonance with the Baman transition frequency of the sample.
7.3d~1/3d~9 ions, as the important transition-ions, play a very important role in laser crystals, luminescence crystals, non-line optical crystals, minerals and living matters.
8.The experiments rely on the near coincidence between step-tunable transition from a CW CO_2 laser and energy gap of HgCdTe a~t 100K. The gross nonlinear effect is obtained at quite low laser intensities. A shift of the absorption coefficient with increasing light intensity is observed.
9.Based on the wave shape of Marx device at National Key Laboratory of Tunable Laser Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, the influence of discharge parameters upon the temporal evolvement of capillary discharge produced plasmas conditions and the gain coefficient of 3p—3s transition in Neon-like Ar was simulated.
10.The results show an important way in high power and wide range tunable wave- guide laser making when discharge length Lg=340mm,the output of 10P (20) line is 3.8 Watt (TEM_(oo),first-order output of grating),the total transition lines are 61( (bigger than 0.5 watt),which can be applied to acoustooptic modulator and opto- acoustic spectroscopy.
