2.The latency time of the first emesis,the frequency of emesis bouts and side effect of BFC were observed. Results ①BFC could decrease the acute emetic degree and the frequency of emesis of patient,prolong the latency time of the first emesis,CR+PR 63.1%. the antiemetic effect of BFC is well to I0,II0nausea and emesis,but is not better than ondansetron to III0,IV0 one,and no side effect besides two cases I0 diarrhea.
4.Results(1) Most indexes of the open field test in the model groups changed significantly as compared with that of the control group: crossing score,rearing score and total score were decreased significantly(P<0.01). Latency time were obviously extended(P<0.05). The frequency of urination and defecation were decreased(P<0.05).
8.Integrated genioglossal muscle activities were recorded on 22 urethane anesthetized,vagotomized rabbits to study the effect of norepinephrine(NA)in jected into locus coeruleus(LC)on the potentiationg effects of integrated genioglossal muscle activities(PIMA). It was found that NA could facilitate PIMA of geniollossal muscle. Peak amplitude of PIMA was increased with the latency of PIMA shortented and recover time prolonged,which could be blocked by tolazolin.
