5.While court sessions are opened for case hearing, evidence, cross-examination, attestation and debate have been conducted on the spot, thus increasing the rate of judgment announcements incourt.
9.All activities incourt should be carried out publicly except when the case is being reviewed during court recession. These include issuing the indictment by the public prosecutor, court investigation, questioning witnesses, debate and the final statement by the accused.
10.Ordinary legal aid is available for representation in civil proceedings in the Court of Final Appeal, Court of Appeal, Court of First Instance and District Court.
