2.The reports and recommendations shall be published by the NCC in an appropriate manner and shall be submitted to the Legislative Yuan for its reference.
3.The study covers the findings on two types of interviewees: 1) 13 Executive Yuan liaison officers with the Legislative Yuan from April through May 1999, and 2) twenty-two PR practitioners from PR agencies as well as in-house PR practitioners from December 2001 through January 2002.
4.Article 7 The competent authorities shall consult with related committees of the Legislative Yuan on general guidelines and principles before reaching an agreement on the text of a treaty.
5.Article 9 Probable disbursement in future fiscal years due to guaranty, surety or contract shall be described with tables in the budgetary statement; where it will have a material impact on the national treasury, the case shall be reported to the Legislative Yuan.
6.Article 34 With respect to major public construction projects and major policy implementation plans, before the budget estimates and budget proposals are compiled, a cost efficiency analysis report on the alternative measures and substitute measures must be first drawn up and attached with a description of the financing and capital employment.And the report should be forwarded to the Legislative Yuan for its files and reference.
