1.In this paper we give some properties of the derivative algebra DA n over the field K of nonzero characteristic. We get the structure of Rees algebra of DA n with respect to Bernstein filtration. The structure of graded and Rees algebra with respect to order filtration,the relationship of DA n with Lie algebra and quadratic algebra are also presented.
