1.The second layer was characterized by coarse grained acicular crystal, which thickness was about 50μm for three mold temperatures. The third layer was Ti Zr alloy. The element line scanning showed non structure layer with higher level of element of O, Al, Si and Zr, The higher the mold temperature during casting, the deeper the Si permeating and in the second layer the element Si could also be found.
2.Various possible types of dehydration of hydrated salt (Na2SO4·10H2O,CuSO4 ·5H2O,Na2S2O3·5H2O ) have been studied by means of on line Differential Thermal Analysis and Thermogravimetry(DTA / TG) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC). The experimental results showed that there is two different type of dehydration for studied salt.
4.Results:Using by the image scanning system,GAPDH as the internal control,we get the relative value of AGS 0.09,SGC-7901 0.61.Conclusion:Selecting high-level expression APRIL mRNA cell line in stomach adenocarcinoma by semi-quantitative RT-PCR,it does play a fundamental role in the research for molecular mechanism for stomach cancer developing and metastasizing.
7.Methods Sixty patients with traumatic fracture underwent axial CT scanning and 3D reconstruction. The original data were postprocessed by surface shaded display(SSD),volume rendering(VR),multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),and maximum intensity projection(MIP)for revealing the fracture-line,bone chip displacement,collapse degree and their spatial relationship.
