1.Objective; To investigate the expressions of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-XL,Bcl-2, cytochrome C and the caspase-3 activity in cisplatin-resistance human ovarian cancer cell line COC1/DDP and explore their correlation to the chemoresitance of COG1/DDP.
2.One hundred and eighty Wulong geese of fast-growth line (FGL) and egg-production line (EPL) were selected to be fattened in netting bed respectively. The weight of each goose was measured, feed consumption and feed conversion ratio were determined at the same time, serum enzyme activities at the age of 6 and 10 week were carried out respectively, and the correlation between serum enzyme activity and weight of the goose was also analyzed.
