2.The results showed: ① the relationships among cover of herbaceous layer, cover of liver moss layer, thickness of liver moss layer, thickness of root system twine layer and the distance between seedlings and adjacent tree were positive correlation; the relation between litter and tile above five variables were negative correlation; ② the variables of micro-habitat affecting seedling in the Picea schrenkiana stand were generalized with moss, herbaceous, spatial distance, humus and litter; ③ litter and spatial distance between seedlings and adjacent tree were the most primary factors of micro habitat affecting regeneration of one year seedling.
