localization principle
1.Using geometry principle of the spiral CT localization , functional relation was deduced between the bed coordinates and the diagram layers coordinates, i.e.when gantry angle is zero degree, the function relation type is Twm= S190/Cosθ + M;
2.The character of EHV transmission line fault arc and its transient current is discussed, and the principle of non unit current transient protection is studied. Based on the time frequency localization and de noise character of wavelet transform, a new non unit current transient protection criterion based on multi resolution analysis is established.
