1.Histology of the proximal and distal tibia was made and the thickness of the growth plate was measured. [Result] Tibial osteotomy alone stimulated the longitudinal growth of the tibia and increased the thickness of the growth plate.

5.The longitudinal and radial distributions of EL2 in undoped LEG GaAs ingorts with different compositions ware determined by infrared absorption measurement. The changes of EL2 concentrations were analyzed using a fast cooling method after heat treatment to simulate various cooling processec after crystal growth.
