1.Tilemeasurement made at Qingdao during 14, Aug- 25, Sept , 1991 for Loran-C signals from M station and Y stationin the Northwest Pacific Chain shows that tile mean difference of lowest propagation time-delay between Loran-Csky-wave and ground-wave in day time is 29. 8μs, and the absolute propagation time-detay of the sky- wave is7924. 27μs.
2.The experimental results showed the time comparison precision was about ±8ns and the time comparison accuracy was about±100ns. At the same time we established the link between Hong Jiao ground station and Shaanxi Observatory by the Loran— C/9970 and BPL time signal transmitted by Shaanxi Observatory.
