1.Some applications on FEM in the micro loudspeaker modal analysis and the acoustic response simulation are introduced.
2.As a result, the loudspeaker of diameter φ20cm which we prepared is of rather high sensitivity, and its non-uniformity of the frequency response from 200 to 6000 as is lower than 15 db.
