5.During repairing of No. 1 sintering machine in 1990, the burden proportion of BFs at SMMC had to be changed into 25% selffluxed pellets, 30% Australian lumpore and 45% high basicity sinter (R=1.90) from former 80～85% sinter (R=1.50～1.60) and 15～20% Australian lumpore.
6.As is shown in the production practice that for conditions in the Hefei I&S Co. the high fluxed MgO-bearing sinter (CaO/SiO_2=1.7) plus lumpore with some content of flux can be regarded as the reasonable BF burden composition, which has odviously improved the BF operation.
