1.Methods A retrospectiveinvestigation and assessment of nutrtional stauta on the basis of body weight, total lymph-cell counts and serum albumin in 246 couses with hosiptal infections were made.
2.Results After PMVEC and MMLEC were treated by different factors for 6h, the VEGF mRNA expressions of PMVEC and MMLEC in shock lymph group were obviously lower than those of shock plasma group, normal lymph group, normal plasma group, fetal bovine serum(FBS) group and DMEM group, and the VEGF mRNA expressions of PMVEC and MMLEC in shock plasma group were obviously lower than those of normal lymph group, normal plasma group, FBS group and DMEM group.
3.After control human being plague in Yunnan in 1955 and being slince for 31 years a case of bubonec plague withsecondary septicemia zas found in Ying Jiang County. Y. pestis was isolated form the patient′s blood and liluid of in-guinal lymph gland,Antibody F1 was test out from the patient′s convalescent serum.
6.Methods Urine GPDA of 4 0 gastric cancer patients,18 gastric cancer patients combined with metastasis to lymph gland,25 cardia cancer patients,68 patients with benign gastric diseases and 90 healthy person were measured by continuous monitoring methods in Olympus AU-2700 autobiochemical analyzer. The value of urine GPDA for diagnosis of gastr ic cancer was evaluated and compared with the diagnosis value of serum GPDA.
7.The healthy condition of mice was observed and the body weight (BW) of mice was recorded everyday. On day 14 after the last immunization, IgG in serum and sIgA in intestinal washes were detected by ELISA. Intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (iIEL), mesenteric lymph node lymphocytes (MLNL) and spleen lymphocytes were isolated and counted.
