4.To put in a nutshell, what we have learnt in the past five years is that the policy of "one country, two systems" and the Basic Law of the Hong Kong SAR must be implemented in a comprehensive and accurate manner under any circumstances, that full support must be given to the Chief Executive and the SAR Government in their administration under thelaw, and that effective efforts must be made to strengthen the broad-based unity of the Hong Kong people under the banner of loving the country and loving Hong Kong, and to maintain a stable and harmonious society and a prosperous and growing economy in Hong Kong.
6.Today, propelled by fast-growing economic and trade co-operation among countries in the world and cross-border investment that is increasing by the day, goods exchanged through international trade are no longer products made by one country, but ``world products' whose manufacture involves efforts from several countries.
10.Comrades from the various localities have made many suggestions to the central authorities, some of which are very acute.This should give no cause for criticism, because it is quite right for them to consider one matter or problem from a certain angle and in light of the conditions existing in their respective provinces and municipalities.From the perspective of considering the country as a whole, it may be impossible to solve their problem.
