1.The influences of different sintering aids,such as magnesia,aluminum, alumina and composite powder of alumina and yttria,with 10wt% addition seperately,on reaction sintered silicon nitride ceramics that were prepared with silicon powder and carbon powder as primary materials were researched under the condition of N 2 flow rate 1.2 L·min -1,nitriding temperature 1380 ℃ and holding time 20 h.
