2.In the light of construction practice of the complex of Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund, the design, checking calculation, construction, and monitoring of the soil mailing support are described. The project practice shows that, when under ground water level is low and soil condition is more favorable, application of this technique to the excavation of foundation pit on narrow construction site can make the construction procedure simple, construction period short, and construction cost low as well as can effectively guarantee the pit side to be stable.
