1.Employing immunocytochemical method of streptavidin labelled peroxidase and using 4 kinds antisera raised against mammalian hormones, some endocrine cells in the digestive tract mucosa of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides), northern snakehead (Channa argus) and oriental sheatfish (Silurus asotus) were identified, located and compared.
