1.In liquid phase condition, the oxidation of toluene to benzaldehyde by air in a gas-liquid-solid reactor has been investigated. The main catalyst of ME05(mixture of copper oxide and manganese butyrate) and the promoter of ME12(mole ratio of ammonium chloride and potassium chloride is 1:1) were made by ourselves, and the solvent of butyric acid, the initiator of benzaldehyde were selected.
