4.We disapprove moves by Japanese companies to expand their incineration marketabroad, particularly in Asia, in the midst of growing opposition against dioxin pollution in Japan.
7.The raw materials, machinery, equipment, components, spare parts, chemicals, fuels and the like required by the JV Company may be purchased on the domestic market or from abroad based on their quality and on the principles of fairness and reasonableness.
