3.The HE-staining of bone tissue revealed that bone marrow fatty tissue were extremely few in 6 month-old rats and almost filled 40% marrowcavity in 18 month-old rats (P＜0.01). The fatty marrow were positively correlated with aging (r=0.762) and negatively correlated with BMD (r=-0.626) .
4.Conclusion To wash out the marrowcavity with high pressure and pulse water and brush can make a significant increase on bonding strength between bone and bonecement. It refered to the experiment basis of prosthesis application.
5.Pregnacy, allergy to methotrexate, functional disorders of liver and kidneys, diseases of the haematopoietic system (bone marrow hypoplasia, leucopenia, thrombocy - to penia, anaemia), intectious diseases, ulcers of the oral cavity and the gastrointestinal tract, recent operation wounds.
