4.After introduces some applications of embedded technology,one design of embedded electric power on-line monitoring system for measuring three-phase electric parameter is discussed. This design adopts multi-CPU embedded system policy and master-slave CPU hardware structure,which is developed that 89C52 microcontroller(slave CPU)plays a role of AC sampling and S3C4510B(master CPU)takes responsibility for calculating electric parameter,network communication and system management.
5.Based on the perspectives upon scaling up from World Health Organization (WHO) and a conceptual framework for scaling up quality-of-care innovations developed by Professor Ruth Simmons who is a famous scholar in the world, the master thesis examine the roles, innovations and developments of technical institutions in large-scale project in Reproductive Health, explore the strategies on scaling up, and provide a number of information and ideals to the policy maker about how to promote scaling up in reproductive health in China.
