1.Take Zanhuang County in the eastern part of Taihang Mountains,as an example, the author chose the data of the annual mean precipitation by the hydrometric station of this county and the meteorological stations nearby from 1971 to 2000 and the longitude, latitude and altitude of each station as the study objects. Using regression analysis, the author built the forms of the spatial predicted model of the annual precipitation and also determined the applicable altitude zone of each model through 3σ rule.
2.Based on field measured data of mass balance from small dome of Collins Ice Cap in 1991-1992 and meterological data of summer mean temperatures,annual precipitations from Frei Meterological Centre of Marsh Base nearby,the mass balance variations on small dome in 1971-1992 were calculated by the method of equilent mass balance at equilibrium line altitude. From the calculated results, we found that, the contributions of precipitation and temperature to mass balance were 68% and 32% respectively.
3.After evaluation, listing and cluster analysis, there are 9 species of broadleaf and 6 species of coniferous tree selected out for using widely in ecological construction. The suitable site for them is also stated according to altitude, exposure, mean annual precipitation,average temperature and soil.
