3.At the level of the tibial plateau and the patellar tendon attachment, measure the mean medial percentage width of the intersecting point of the patella tendon and the AP axis, and the mean angles between the AP axis and lines connecting the middle of the posterior crutiate ligament (PCL) to the medial border and medial 1/3 of the patellar tendon attachment.
4.Materials and Methods: The CT features of 50 cases of diff use adrenal hyperplasia , which were confirmed by clinical and lab examinations ,were retrospectively analyzed. The mean body and limb width of diffuse adrena l hyperplasia were recorded and compared with the one of 26 healthy control subj ects .
5.A DNA-content assay was performed by the self-designed using the MIPS-I type image analysis system, showing taht the mean value of DNA index(DI),the mean value of DI distribution width and level value of DNA main stem bars were markedly lower the in≥5 year surrival group than those in <5 year one (P<0.05).
6.Results: There were significant differences in indexes of thrombocytes, platelet count (PLT), platelet mean volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW) and ratio of large platelet and the percentage of reticulated corpuscles, the degree of erythroeyte maturation, low fluorescent re-ticulocyte (LFR), middle fluorescent reticulocyte (MFR) and (HFR) high fluorescent reticulocyte in patients with ITP as compared with the control group.
9.Objective:To study the clinical significance of changes in red blood cell (RBC),hemoglobin (Hb),hematocrit(HCT),mean corpscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),red cell volume distribution width(RDW) in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
