1.This thesis adopted the method that created mathematics pattern of the soft measurement in the baume degrees of black liquor,and indirectly converted into the baume degrees of black liquor by measuring pressure and temperature. It gave the method of revising the pattern parameter and the pattern,and designed the cascade control system for the baume degree of black liquor which used S7-200 PLC to implement the measuring instrument and control the system.
