3.This paper analyzes the new circumstance that military hospital face under the market economic condition and points out that as decision maker we should renew our ideas from these angles such as looking medical service as a kind of product or industry to operate, looking patients, paying organizations and employee as adviser, overcoming traditional scale competition and changing experiment management to science management, changing operation strategy and promote service product.
