5.With FEM analysis ,the melt flow velocity and pressure distribution in the die channel were calculated, and the effect rule of some die structure parameters, such as compression ratio and compression angle, on the extrusion velocity distribution , flow rate, and flow uniformity was analyzed quantitatively. This would lay foundation of optimizing the die channel design and researching on extrusion flow uniformity.
7.To analyze the influence of melt transferring condition on direct spinning FDY full package ratio. Try to find out the best process condition of melt transferring. It is regarded that polycondensation load are controlled at 150~{200 t/d},melt flow is kept above 1.45 t/h,temperature of melt is 286 ℃,temperature of Dowtherm is controlled at 280~300 ℃,and transferring press is 21 MPa.
9.With the help of the plastics melt flowing state simulation in die, we can predict the melt flow behavior in the flow channel before the die is manufactured, so we can verify the rationality of the design, and correct the unreasonable parts on the computer, firm the reasonable processing conditions and dimensions, reduce the mold-repair times, and enhance the successful chance.
