melt spinning
.A series of amorphous alloys Ze100-x Nix. (23.9≤x≤+63.8) and Zr100-y Coy(22≤y≤ 53.4) have been prepared with the Melt-Spinning technique.
.There are the critical melt-spinning rates, above which α-Fe can not solidify any more, but Nd2Fe14B grains themselves crystallize from liquid, respectively in Nd8Fe86B6, Nd4.5Fe77B18.5 or Nd2Fe14B alloys.
.The technigues of producing polyester composite interlaced set yarn, composed of drawing 75dtex/24f POY and superfine fiber 110dtex/96f are introduced. The control of condtions of chip drying, melt-spinning and drawing composite are discussed.
.Co68.5Fe4Si10B17.5 amorphous alloys were prepared by a single roller melt-spinning technique in an air atmosphere. The crystallization kinetics were studied based on differential scanning calorimetric(DSC) measurements were performed on the exothermic peaks of the sample.
.In this paper,by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), kinetics on isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization, effect of cooling rate on crystallization and magnetic properties ,and effect of annealing on the kinetics of glass transition and crystallization of Co_(43)Fe_(20)Ta_(5.5)B_(31.5) amorphous alloy have studied, which were prepared by melt-spinning in air.
