2.Firstly, the article discusses the design guideline thinking and the design principle of measuring and evaluation index system of higher education informatization of our country, secondly, the article classifies the estimation research on higher education informatization of our country, then compares the evaluation index system of education informatization and higher education informatization which have been existing in our country, and analyzes the merit and demerit of each index system, advances the suggestions of modifying the index system in empirical research and promoting the perfection and development of higher education statistics work.
