microreactor activity
1.Hydrodesulfurization catalytic activity and reaction kinetics of Co Mo catalysts supported on fluorine modified titania have been studied by a classical microreactor equipped with gas chromatography apparatus.
2.XRD, TEM, TG-DSC and BET were used to characterize the catalyst, and the effect of specimens with different proportioning on the activity of NO in its catalytic reduction reaction was on-line investigated using microreactor and gas chromatography.
3.The activity tests were carried out in a continuous fixed bed flow microreactor under pressure 2.5 MPa-3.0 MPa and temperature 573 K with a gas hourly space velocity between 5 000 and 10 000 h -1.The results show that the addition sequence of chemicals in preparation of catalysts affect on the phase and geometrical composition of the catalysts, and Cu-Co metallic alloy is active constituent for higher alcohol synthesis.
