1.Repair fees shall be paid by Party B to Party A according to the actual repair work done by Party A and be fixed as follows, US $. .for each minorrepair to a TV, US $. .for each major repair to a TV.
2.Afte r the trial operation of new unit,if the over all performance of unit is compara tively better,for the existing local defects,local minorrepair is employed in s tead of complete major overhaul.
3.Perform major or minor general and emergency, repair, diagnose (trouble-shooting), remedy, fabricates, installation, and operation surveillance, with documentation at a timely, accurate, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
