1.All groups are fed with pure mixeddiet of AOAC formula for 28 days,the amount of the supplemented calcium in the experimental diet is 0.05%,0.39%,0.45%and 0.88% respectively.
3.It is, thus, suggested that the content of Aflatoxin B_1 in mixeddiet should be less than 20 ppb while the content of Aflatoxin M_1 in milk should be less than 0.5 ppb.
4.The rats of basal group were killed at the beginning of experiment,the rats of other grouups were fed with pure mixeddiet of AOAC formula for 28 days.
