mol percentage
.(2) The contraction of PAR induced by NA was significantly inhibited by 8 MOP(2×10 5 mol/L) and the percentage of inhibition was 89%( P <0.001).
.Ce(Ⅲ)adsorbed on APAR can be eluted with 2mol·L -1 HCl,elution percentage is 98 1%;
.Simultaneously,L-aspartic acid can be desorbed with ammonia of 0.6 mol/L,and the recovery percentage can reach 99.3%.
.The results show that the statically saturated adsorption capacity is 294.5mg/g·resin at pH=5.6 in the HAc-NaAc medium. Cd(Ⅱ) absorbed on APAR can be eluted with 2.0mol·L-1HCl and elution percentage is as high as 95.2% .
.In GD patients PBMC which were cultured with ×10-5 mol/L MMI,CD8+ T cell percentage was significantly higher, the CD4+ /CD8+ cell ratio, sIL-2R and IgG level were declined (P< 0.01 ). There results demonstrated that in GD, the regulation of immune response by T cells subpopulation was in unbalanCe characterizing in predominently high reactivity.
.RESULTS:When the cells were incubated with 10 7 mol/L HYD for 6 h, the percentage of DNA fragmentation increased to 27.4% compared to the control group 19.4%( P<0.01,n =6),but it decreased to 21 7% ( P >0 05) when 5% ASIS were added.
.The results showed that the optimum reaction condition were as follows: the concentration of initiator [CAN] 2.5 mol/m 3, [EDTA] 2.5 mol/m 3, the methylacrylic acid concentration 1.0 mol/L, the graft temperature 40 ℃, the reaction time 2 h, the dispersing agent 3%(V), the grafting percentage was 90%, the conversion degree of monomer was 53%.
.Under the conditions of temperature for 100℃, Modified each gram rice straw with 8.00mL benzyl chloride、 6.00mL de-ionized water、 8.00mL NaOH with the concentration is 6.0mol/L and 0.010g hexadecyl trim ethyl ammonium bromide respond 4 hours and weighting percentage of benzylated straw is 68.78%. .
.When SAD concentration 8f 1 0-3 mol / L was used the transcription activity of rRNA genes was completely suppresed and SCE frequency was increased to as 4.8 times high as normal, leading to that the birth percentage dropped to 4% from 100% .
