1.With a view to ensuring strict adherence to currency board principles, the HKMA ceased to be the arranger of the Note Issuance Programmes (NIPs) for the Airport Authority, Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, and MTR Corporation Limited, effective from September 1, 20013.
