1.Based on the heat expansion characteristic of glass and its affecting factors, and thinking about the heat expansion characteristic of metallic material of mould,in this paper the precision calculating formula of the forming sizes of cavity and core of glass cavity mould is proposed, that is important for the design calculation of cavity mould of glass product which sizes demand more precise.
3.Abstract: Guiding accuracy of casting mould depends on structure and oscillation parameters,such as elastic deformation of guiding leaf-springs,play of bearings between linkages,stroke and frequency of mould oscillation,etc..In this paper,these factors are studied by means of kinetic and dynamic analysis of oscillating mechanism.

7.In this paper, the effects of the thermo-field distribution and mould temperature distribution on the growing of the cast polycrystalline silicon are discussed. The paper discribes some electrical characteristics of the solar cell made from the cast polycrystalline silicon. Results indicate that the highest efficiency of the solar cell made from the ingot is 11.9%(AM1.5).
