2.The friction coefficient was less than 0.15,with a minimum of 0.065.Drag and torque were low and bore hole stability was improved using this mud. The average ROP in horizontal and lateral sections were up to 6.84 m/h. This mud had no spurt water loss and the permeability of the mud cake wa low.
3.Comparison of NM-1 with other filming agents such as CH1203B, CMJ-2, PVA and Nano SiO2 concerning mud rheology and API filter loss shows that muds treated with NM-1 have reduced water losses and mud viscosity.
10.Drilling fluid is so important as blood. The low density solid free drilling fluid (DMZ)is available to solve the problems about the mud lining in drilling strings,poor ability of rock detritus carrying and water loss in small hole wireline drilling exploration.
