5.Especially, the average failed load of the FM nail reached up to 3400N,which suggested that the FM、GK and KS nails were indicated for the unstable femoral fractures with shortening displacement tendency. However,the failed load of BW and E5 nails were lower than 2000N,which may lead to shortening of the femur.
9.According to the AO/ASIF classification,there were 8 cases type A fracture,9 cases type B fracture,20 cases type C fracture. 37 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated by condylar plate,L-plate,Retrograde intramedullary nail,tensile screws. The followed-up period varied from 6 months to 96 months.
