2.The test result shows that the furfural refining lube oil from Liaohe low-freezing crude oil has low wax content and can be processed into qualified LVI base oils after removing a little naphthenic wax. The optimum oil-solvent ratios are obtained in the lube oil solvent dewaxing process, in which,the dewaxing capacity increases and the freezing point of the dewaxed oil decreases apparently as the dewaxing temperature decreases.
3.According to the features of naphthenic base oil (i. e., high nitrogen and low sulfur content) and based upon theoretical analysis of the H2S concentration needed for phase equilibrium of nickel sulfide and tungsten sulfide in hydrogen, the most economic quantity of sulfiding agent injected into the reactor for supplement of sulfur in lube oil hydrogenation catalysts was obtained.
