1.Clause 5:No Person except a naturalbornCitizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;
2.90. The United States Constitution requires that President be a natural-born citizen, thirty-five years of age or older, who has lived in the United States for a minimum of fourteen years.
