1.We hereby authorize you to make acceptance/payment under the aforementioned Bill(s) and/or Documentary credit upon presentation of such draft(s), if any, and documents covering the above mentioned shipment whether or not such draft(s), if any, and the accompanying documents and the presentation thereof comply with the terms of such credit, and without limitation of the foregoing, regardless of the amount of tenor for which such draft(s), if any, is/are drawn and even though the documents are incomplete, incorrect of defective or are otherwise not in conformity with the terms of the credit, or such draft(s), are presented or negotiated beyond the expiration date of the credit, of any document required is missing, and we agree to reimburse you immediately for all such payments made by you.
