4.This paper introduces the work principle and performance characteristics of the CCD photography sensor through examples of its applications in differential fibre detector of scutcher, nep count tester of card, constant tension auto-control device of roving machine, auto-yarn testing, photoelectric yarn eveness test and analysis instrument and cotton fibre testing instrument and so on. It is pointed out that the combination of photo-electric-mechanism is the future development of textile machinery.
5.In this paper, is discussed the processing parameter of the special waveform seven gauge points between wire flat and cylinder on C4 card. This wave- form gauge can slightly reduce nep and short fibres of carded sliver, and improve the quality of carded sliver or yarn, no matter what the distribution of subgrade cotton, or standard grade cotton or polyester may be.
7.The test result showed that,under the condition of the numbers of all flat is 42,the nep and impurity would simply removed with decreasing the numbers of movable flat to 17(the impurities of card sliver would reduced 37% than common plan,and the neps of yarn would reduced 35%),this test showed the same result with the test on Italy Marzoli CX 400 card.
8.The result indicates that in order to reduce resultant yarn nep, reasonable cotton assorting, appropriately hitting, strengthening carding and cleaning, readjusting machinery state, optimizing technological parameters of each process and reinforcing cleaning work and strengthening control of temperature and humidity should be followed etc.
