4.Objective To identify the expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) and its high affinity receptor (tyrosine kinase receptor A, TrkA) during bone induction by recombined human bone morphogenetic protein 2 (rhBMP-2) by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and to discuss the role of NGF on the bone induction of the BMP.
5.Methods: The experimental animals were randomized into 3 groups: 50V electrical injury group, 100V electrical injury group and nerve concis group . Schwann cells were separated from the region injured with trypsin and collagenase and then cultured in vitro. The difference of expression of Kv1.5 mRNA of Schwann cell in all groups were compared by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.
6.To study the changes of mRNA expression of c fos, c jun and nerve growth factor (NGF) in the brain of rat exposured to repeated +G Z, and to explore the role of them in brain damage induced by repeated +G Z exposures, the mRNA expression levels of c fos, c jun and NGF in rat brain exposured to repeated +G Z were measured by semi quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR).
