3.I、The feasibility of biotinylated dextran amine(BDA) for observing the local axinal transport of peripheral nerveBDA was injected into the sciatic nerve trunk of 24 adult rabbit by a microsyringe with different concentration and different volume,and saline was injected into the matched control nerve.
6.[Method]Forty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into two groups, group A: Accessory nerve was transposed to the 5th cervical nerve root using small gap(2?mm) autogenous jugular vein bridging and group B: Accessory nerve was transposed to superior trunk, In both groups,the left side was the control side.
7.METHODS The experiment was carried out in the laboratory of Jilin Surgery Institute between September and December 2004. Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups with 20 rats in each group. In group A Accessory nerve was transposed to C5 nerve root with small gap ?2 mm? autologous jugular vein bridging. In group B Accessory nerve was transposed to superior trunk of brachial plexus with small gap ?2 mm? autologous jugular vein bridging.
9.? Results ? The morphological characteristics of the brain and cranial nerves of Xenochrophis piscator are rather similar to those of Zaocys. But, the accessory nerve of Xenochrophis piscator is seperated from the vagus nerve, and after passing singly the cranium, it joins the first spinal nerve and then enters the craniocervical trunk.
