1.It shows there is a esti-mation O(h+(Δh)~(1/2)) for energy and L_2 models if Mh is bounded (M—the number of vary net-work,h—the maximun boundary length of the finited element;Δt—sfep length of the time).
3.Designning well tube and drill-hole diameter in order to increase thickness of both annular packing gravel and water-resisting clay, nylon net packing around well tube filters, designing filter layer on the boundary between packing gravel and water-resisting clay and ramming the gravel by working the piston into the well after gravel packing completion and the filling clay for salt-water resisting etc. we succeeded in constructing 3 drinking-water wells in Minqin County, proved the affectivity and feasibility of using it and giving a certain technical demonstration of construction of drinking-water well in the same similar to this area.
4.The introduction of the zonal net volume transport is based on the observed fact that the Brazil Warm Current flows in and the Peru Cold Current flows out through the north boundary ,and there is an eastward water transport of more than 100 Sv (about 134 Sv on an ave-rage) through the Drake Passage.
5.The results show that a warm high ridge at the middle level and transformed surface cold high over the plain provide a good background condition; a cooling process produced by net surface radiation fluxes is the trigger and strengthening mechanism for the fog event; the subsidence flow at the middle and low tropospheric levels is favorable for the setting-up and maintenance of stable stratification at the boundary layer and weak wind condition at the ground layer over the fog region; the transportation of weak warm advection at lower levels and weak lift motion at the boundary layer play a very important role to the long maintenance of the fog event; the intrusion of north wind accompanied by cold advection is a main dynamic factor of the fog dissipation.
