1.According to the inherent nonlinear characteristics of the acid alkalititration curve, a PID control algorithm with three segment nonlinear variable gain and another fuzzy control algorithm with integration module(IFC) are presented. Numerical simulation of pH neutralization process with time delay is performed by using these two algorithms. The control results show that the new algorithms exhibit such advantages as good robustness, quick response, and high control accuracy.
