1.TREATMENT OF ACIDIC WASTEWATER FROM COAL MINE BY AERATION NEUTRALIZATION PROCESS
2.According to the inherent nonlinear characteristics of the acid alkalititration curve, a PID control algorithm with three segment nonlinear variable gain and another fuzzy control algorithm with integration module(IFC) are presented. Numerical simulation of pH neutralization process with time delay is performed by using these two algorithms. The control results show that the new algorithms exhibit such advantages as good robustness, quick response, and high control accuracy.
3.Neutralization-absorption process is suitable for rectification of polypropylene glycol glycerin ether and the optimal conditions in the process can be described as follows:phosphous acid: 2.16—2.24%( PPG weight), crystral seed: 0.2—0.3%,agent for the crystal particle increasing(T—501)0.4%,absorbent: 0.6%.
4.We also considered the extent of neutralization and the ratio of TDI and PBAGDuring the process of modification, we prepared a series of modified APU using the TMP which contains three function groups.
6.A stream of wastewater from citric acid production process was treated by using a biological process of the following steps: wastewater from citric acid neutralization→cultivating feed yeast→solubles tank→photosynthetic bac-teria(PSB) tank→activated sludge tank. The results from the treatment experiments show that the process is technically feasible.
7.This paper introduces a process including neutralization using Ca(OH)_(2), UASB and SBR for treating effluents from a mono-sodium glutamate (MSG) factory.
8.The significance of this study is in that we create a new method with Fe2(SO)4 and FeSO4 mixture solution as starting material and break traditional method by adding crystal seeds and used the neutralization precipitation method to get black iron oxide pigment, this method is simple and effective and the process is feasible.
9.It is testified that in the process of extracting phytin ,two step neutralization with lime milk and caustic soda solution is better than one step neutralization with lime milk in stability,product quality and production rate.
10.According to water quality of acid cleaning wastewater(ACW),the treatment process of two-stage aeration neutralization for ACW is defined and further discussed based on theoretical analyses.
