2.At the lever of 79500 stubs/ hm2 density, by nitrate test strip for nitrogen nutritional diagnosis apl of potato tuber bulking and formed stage in field , the results-indicated that: the critical values of the nitrate concentration in plant are 6948. 9mg/kg and 4860.9mg/kg and the more reasonable nitrogen quantity is 205.6 kg/hi/. The whole dry mater content increases with the period of duration.
5.Nitrate(NO3-) in the environment is absorbed and used by the high plant through following two assimilation steps: the first step is reduction of NO3- to NO2-, catalyzed by NR. Second, Nitrite reductase reduce NO2- to NH4+. And last, NH4+ is used to synthesize animo acid and protein with relative enzymes.
9.Nitrate reductase activities(NRAs)of 24 sugarcane varieties were assayed in 5 different growing stages,and the relation between 7 yield characters(plant height,stalk diameter,stalk weight,effective stalk number,cane yield,brix and sucrose content per hectare)and NRAs were exa- mined by means of correlation and regression analyses.
10.Four cultivars of Chinese cabbage were grown in nutrient solution with five different NH + 4 N/NO - 3 N ratios,i e., 100∶ 0,75∶25,50∶50,25∶75 and 0∶100,to study the effects of different NH + 4 N/NO - 3 N ratios on biomass of different organs in total plant,SPAD readings and nitrate content in different organs of Chinese cabbage.
