8.Successful applicants will receive Acceptance Letter 10 days before the race. If not, MUST contact HKAAA before 29 December 2006 to check their entries. Noentry will be accepted on the race day.
9.An m×n row latin rectangle based on k is an m×n array R whose entries are elements of {a 1,a 2,...,a k} such that noentry occurs more than once in any row.
