7.To investigate the prevalence of AIDS associated mycoplasmas infections in patients with nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) and mucopurulent cervicitis (MPC), the detections for Mycoplasma genitalium (Mg), Mycoplasma penetrans (Mpe), Mycoplasma pirum (Mpi) and Mycoplasma fermentans (Mf) by culture and PCR were performed in 65 patients with NGU/MPC.
