10.Methods: The AC impedance of 26 sample of blood cell suspension from 10 male Sprague-Dawley rats had been measured with the Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer,then the dielectric numerical characters of normal rat blood cells had been established through the data analyses of the frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy and the Cole-Cole plots.
